- Shipping & Delivery
- All items will be shipped using which ever method will get the product to the customer the fastest. Wether we use UPS, Fedex, or USPS. After you place your order we will get the order processed and shipped out. When we ship we will provide a tracking number to your email usually within 24 hours. The normal shipping we use will be standard ground shipping. Which usually take 3-5 days to get anywhere in the U.S. If you are needing your order faster just contact us and we can arrange some kind of expressed shipping.
- Privacy & Security
- At TheRacingRep.com your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not "rent","trade",or "sell" E-Mail addresses or any customer information.
- We will use your email address to send you a "receipt" that you have placed a order; a "confirmation" of the order within 2 buisness days; a notice of shipment with a tracking number and a hot link to the shipper's site to trace the package; and a receipt when your credit card is charged.
- We do also send periodic marketing emails to people who have opted-in to receive them, however all marketing messages contain an opt-out link.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you have recieved items you are not satisfied with, please email our customer service department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our helpful staff will walk you through the process of returning merchandise, including how to mail items back to us and where to send it. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA. Also all returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If you need a replacment anything just follow the instructions of returning an item. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. C.S.T.
- Ordering
- When you would like to place a order there are two ways to go about this. The first way is to order through the website. Or you can call our wonderful customer service at 417-413-0011 and place your order. Once we recieve your order there is a at most 24 hour process period. During this period we will double check we have your product. We will then run your card or verify the Paypal transaction. After we have recieved the payment we will carefully package you products up and get them shipped out. After the items have left our faciliy we will email your tracking info. Or call you with it if specified.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- At theracingrep.com we pride ourselves in offering he best pricing on the market and the biggest selection of inventory. If there is a product you are interested in that is not on our site just shoot us a email or call us. We can find or get anything out there. Also since we have connections with many companies out there we can usually get the item for cheaper than what they are normally selling for and pass the saving onto you! We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and money orders from inside the U.S. If you are a first time customer placing a order from outside the U.S. we normally will ask that you do a wire transfer.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order all you need to do is log into you account on theracingrep.com and all you info and orders are viewable there.
